Here’s what we envision.  

A community center, a green and a park.
A pedestrian-friendly environment, an easy walk to shops and restaurants.
A place that offers a variety of housing alternatives (single family homes, condos, apartments, town homes, patio homes) so that different needs are accommodated.
Tree-lined ecologically friendly streets
A place with a sense of neighborhood, one that accommodates the needs of people with Down Syndrome and other developmental delays as well as everyone else who lives in the community.

Currently, we are focusing on Maryland, a progressive, proactive state with a record of compassion and support for the MR – DD population.  

We are seeking innovative builders of sufficient size and experience ( and heart/compassion) to shepherd this effort.  Furthermore, we are searching for a recognized service-provider to coordinate the residential requirements for the special population.
